Creating a system to support the real estate sales pipeline

John L. Scott Real Estate, a leading Real Estate company with over 85 years of history in the Pacific Northwest, 110 offices, and over 300 agents needed to provide tools to its agents to stay competitive in the marketplace. My team worked with key stakeholders to research the needs, document, and provide design support to the development teams.
Deliverables included user flows, customer journey maps, user interviews and surveys, analytic reports and analysis, iterated milestone-driven designs, and pixel perfect styles.

The discovery and research process included user interviews, email surveys, creating and prioritizing personas, analyzing support tickets, user journey mapping, and card sorting activities with key stakeholders.

OUTCOME

Nearly 90% adoption within 3 months of launch

Following the release of the MVP, all 3000+ agents were provided access, and within three months, almost all agents were able to utilize at least one part of CRM system. The public-facing website and search components won a RealTrends “Best Real Estate Website” award for Best Overall and Best Design.
